3. Experience could span across Cash & Liquidity Management Working Capital Management Bank

Relationship Management Treasury Operations Financial Risk Management etc.

4. Services Product Implementation or Operations

Detailed JD:

1. 8 to 12 years of experience as a BA/PO (requirements gathering documentation user story creation

experience in using JIRA/Confluence etc.)

Mentoring a team and managing cross-functional initiatives

2. Led RFP preparation and solutioning ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives

3. Developed compelling Points of View (POV's) that articulate innovative recommendations tailored to client

challenges

4. Presented strategic recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders

5. Worked with diverse teams to align proposals with market trends and business goals

6. Strong business analysis skills driving requirements gathering documentation and process flows in Agile

environments.

7. Domain expertise in Corporate Treasury (as stated above)

8. Extensive experience in translating requirements into EPICs user stories and functional specifications while

working in Agile environments and throughout the SDLC
