Job Description:
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle SCM (Cloud) including Procurement Inventory Management Order Management Supplier Management Sourcing Cost ManagementPricing Accounting.
- In-depth understanding of supply chain processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Order-to-Cash (O2C) Inventory Management and Cost Management.
- Competency required out 10 Order management (>9) Inventory Management (>9) Integrations and design capability (>8) SQL/Reports/API calls (>7) Redwood (>6) Purchasing (>7) PDH (>7) Sourcing (>5)SSP (>7) Demand and Supply planning (>5)Costing (>8)
- Very Strong Experience in end-to-end SCM ERP implementations including requirement gathering process blueprinting configuration testing data migration and Go-Live support.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into scalable ERP solutions
- Knowledge of integration points between supply chain modules and other ERP modules such as Finance HR and 3rd Party products.
- Experience in reporting dashboards and KPIs for supply chain performance and analytics
- Strong skills in data analysis SQL BI reporting tools (OTBI OBIEE BOBJ) and Excel-based analytics. Have an understanding of the API’s and how to call them. Should have redwood implementation experience. Should have implemented 2-3 Complex Integrations involving OIC 3rd part Service Provider and Oracle Fusion.
- Ability to conduct workshops end-user training and prepare functional documentation. Train the team and guide them .
- Excellent stakeholder management communication and presentation skills
- Experience in post-implementation support issue resolution and continuous process improvement
- Awareness of project management methodologies ERP governance and compliance requirements
- Strong problem-solving analytical thinking and attention to detail.
