Certification in PMP is highly preferred reflecting your commitment to excellence in project leadership.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end technical project lifecycle from planning to delivery ensuring alignment with business objectives
Serve as the primary technical liaison between cross-functional teams stakeholders and clients
Oversee development teams using Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies facilitating sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives
Manage project timelines resources risks and deliverables using Jira and Confluence for transparency and accountability
Ensure high standards in software quality UI/UX design and system performance leveraging strong Java expertise
Integrate GIS capabilities into project workflows to support data-driven decision-making and spatial analysis
Mentor and guide technical teams fostering innovation continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field; advanced degree or PMP certification is a strong advantage
1015 years of total professional experience with at least 5 years in a technical leadership or project management role
Proven experience as a Tech Lead with hands-on expertise in Java and modern web technologies
Demonstrated proficiency in UI/UX principles and user-centered design practices
In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum Kanban and sprint management
Advanced experience with Jira Confluence and other project management tools
Experience integrating GIS into project planning execution or delivery processes
Strong communication problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced dynamic environments while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
