Job Summary

Role Overview

The NetSuite Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying qualifying and closing new business opportunities for NetSuite ERP solutions. You will act as the primary bridge between prospective clients and our technical delivery teams managing the full sales lifecycle from initial lead generation to contract execution. Your goal is to position AGSuite Technologies as the premier partner for digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify and qualify leads through networking industry events and collaboration with the marketing team.

  • Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to understand prospect business processes (Order-to-Cash Procure-to-Pay etc.) and map them to NetSuite functionalities.

  • Full Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process including software demonstrations (coordinated with Pre-Sales) proposal drafting and SOW (Statement of Work) negotiations.

  • Partner Ecosystem Collaboration: Work closely with Oracle NetSuite Channel Managers to co-sell and ensure alignment on licensing and pricing.

  • Strategic Positioning: Differentiate AGSuites USP against competitors.

  • Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM providing weekly forecasts on deal probability and expected close dates.



Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with at least 2-3 years specifically selling NetSuite / SAP / Microsoft licenses and/or implementation services.

  • Product Knowledge: Knowledge of the NetSuite platform is preferred

  • Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding annual quotas

  • Communication: Exceptional "C-Level" presence; ability to explain complex ERP concepts to CFOs and CEOs.

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Finance or Information Systems. MBA Sales & Marketing


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with specific verticals such as IT & ITES Retail Wholesale Distribution or Manufacturing.

  • Existing relationships within the Oracle NetSuite partner ecosystem.
