Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
1. Teaching & Student Engagement:
Conduct engaging and high-quality German language classes across all levels.
Provide personal attention to students and effectively clarify doubts.
Conduct focused preparation sessions for the Goethe & TELC B2 examination to ensure student
success.
Prepare nurses for German language interviews and placements in German hospitals.
Create and share comprehensive notes before each class in the group.
2. Attendance & Academic Responsibilities:
Post attendance records on time.
Ensure proper instructions are passed to mentors regarding homework assignments.
Complete assigned academic work efficiently and effectively.
Provide support for academic and operational tasks as required.
3. Demo Sessions & Faculty Interviews:
Conduct demo sessions for prospective students as needed ensuring professionalism and quality representation of the organization.
Assist in interviewing and evaluating candidates for German faculty positions to help build a strong and competent team.
4. Project Involvement:
Actively contribute to upcoming projects bringing expertise and innovative ideas to enhance program quality.
5. Work Schedule:
Maximum work duration of 8 hours per day split into few hours in the morning and few hours in the evening.
6. Probation & Performance Evaluation:
Performance will be monitored during the probation period and employment will be confirmed upon successful completion
7. In addition to your primary duties you will also be expected to support the Marketing team by contributing to content creation. Your role will include assisting with the preparation of question papers and conducting classes as assigned. Additionally you should be required to attend offline events or meetings as required
