Responsibilities
  • Approach existing customers to ensure a high service level and customer retention

  • Establish business relationships with TeamViewer customers via telephone and e-mail

  • Discover cross and up-sell opportunities with the existing customer base

  • Follow up and negotiate with customers to prevent churn and generate pricing quotes for renewals

  • Collect and analyze feedback from the customers to improve internal processes and customer loyalty

Requirements
  • Fluency in German is a must and Englishis mandatory further languages are a plus

  • Experience in sales customer retention or customer service ideally with up-selling and cross-selling

  • Ideally experience in the IT environment with SaaS knowledge

  • Strong communication skills positive attitude and enjoy working in an international team

  • Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.

  • Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Scrutiny of customer data management and renewal processes.

  • A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments to achieve common goals.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high workload.
