Main Responsibilities:
The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist at Balfin Real Estate is responsible for the end-to-end strategic planning execution and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across assigned projects. This role plays a key strategic and advisory function driving 360-degree digital marketing strategies that directly support commercial branding and growth objectives.
The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist manages multiple online channels ensures performance-driven execution and delivers measurable business results while also contributing to process optimization best practices and strategic decision-making within the digital marketing function. Close collaboration with the Digital Team Leader Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams ensures full alignment with the companys overarching marketing and business strategy.
Requirements
Main job tasks and responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Management and Execution:
Design implement and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns including SEO SEM email marketing social media and online advertising to meet project-specific goals.
Execute campaigns across multiple platforms (Google & YouTube Ads Meta LinkedIn etc.) to drive lead generation website traffic and audience engagement.
Ensure all campaigns align with the companys/projects brand guidelines and contribute to broader marketing strategies.
Website and Content Management:
Manage and optimize the companys/projects websites (texts visuals content etc.) and landing pages for assigned projects ensuring they are visually appealing user-friendly and aligned with SEO best practices.
Collaborate with the content team (Marketing Manager and the projects working group) to develop and maintain a content calendar ensuring timely publication of relevant blogs videos infographics and project updates.
Monitor website performance using analytics tools identifying areas for improvement and ensuring all digital content aligns with SEO strategies.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth user experiences across all online platforms and touchpoints.
Social Media and Content Marketing:
Develop and manage social media content tailored to assigned projects ensuring timely posting audience engagement and trend alignment.
Collaborate with the content team to create optimized digital content including blogs videos banners and infographics.
Monitor social media trends and recommend strategic adjustments to maximize engagement and project awareness.
Data-Driven Optimization:
Track and analyze the performance of digital campaigns and lead management using analytics tools (Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager etc.) as well as the preparation of monthly or daily reports.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and meet KPIs.
Utilize data to optimize campaign elements such as targeting budgets and ad creatives in real time.
Collaboration and Project Coordination:
Work closely with the Digital Team Leader to align project strategies and ensure smooth campaign execution.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including the sales team project managers and creative teams to optimize user experiences across digital touchpoints.
Coordinate with external partners and vendors as required to implement project-specific initiatives.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager.
Budget Management:
Manage campaign budgets efficiently ensuring projects remain within allocated spending limits.
Monitor expenditures and adjust strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI) and campaign impact.
Other Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Digital Marketing Marketing Business or a related field. A masters degree or relevant certifications in digital marketing are preferred.
Certifications in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads Meta Blueprint etc.) are a plus.
Experience:
4-5 years of experience in digital marketing preferably within real estate hospitality or related sectors.
Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns and achieving measurable outcomes.
Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Google Ads Meta Ads Manager SEO tools and social media management platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve performance.
Expertise in creating and managing multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO SEM email and social media).
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
