Job Position: Sales Finance Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
Balfin Real Estate is seeking to hire a Sales Specialist (Invoicing & Reconciliations) a key role that supports the end-to-end sales invoicing process inter-system reconciliations payment reconciliations and Accounts Receivable (AR) reporting. The position ensures accuracy complete documentation compliance with internal procedures and financial standards as well as discrepancy-free monthly closings.
Main job tasks and responsibilities:
Preparation and fiscalization of sales invoices based on the sales database contracts and relevant supporting documentation.
Recording invoices according to the nature of revenues and verifying terms and conditions approvals and the accuracy of invoicing.
Reconciliation of sales and commission reports with company systems including reconciliations between the Financial System Selfcare and the Sales Ledger.
Preparation of the ICO report in accordance with Balfin Group procedures and reconciliation with third parties in line with internal procedures.
Reporting on customer balances and Accounts Receivable (AR) aging by cost centers transaction nature and management structure; distribution of debtor reports to responsible parties.
Analysis of monthly billings and monitoring of deviations from the sales budget by project including reporting and explanatory commentary.
Updating the active contracts register clearly reflecting terms deadlines and documentation for new contracts and registrations.
Coordination with the Treasury department for the application of payments to invoices prior to monthly closings.
Collaboration with the Legal and Sales departments to verify financial components in draft contracts (calculations invoicing logic and policy compliance).
Review and approval of the commissions database for sales managers and third-party commissions (fulfillment of conditions accuracy of amounts supporting documentation and compliance).
Preparation of documentation and cooperation with auditors ensuring that revenues and financial transactions are properly documented and compliant with applicable procedures and legislation.
Requirements
Work Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same or a similar field.
Other Qualifications:
University degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related fields.
Experience in sales invoicing revenue accounting reconciliations and reporting (experience in real estate and/or commission-based structures is an advantage).
Good knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes fiscalization and sales documentation; knowledge of IFRS 15 is considered an advantage.
Experience working with ERP/CRM systems and strong proficiency in Excel.
High attention to detail accuracy strong analytical skills and well-organized work practices.
Strong communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills; ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
