Job Position: WEB Specialist

Department: Marketing

Location: Tirana

Main Responsibilities:

The Web Specialist is responsible for the management development and maintenance of the companys web platforms ensuring stable functionality an optimal user experience and alignment with marketing and business objectives. This role directly contributes to digital performance online presence and the effectiveness of communication through the companys websites.

Main job tasks and responsibilities:

Manages and maintains the companys websites (CMS primarily WordPress).

Develops and updates new structures pages and functionalities.

Ensures proper content structure and information hierarchy across websites.

Optimizes user experience (UI/UX) and site navigation.

Implements and monitors on-page SEO and technical optimization.

Tests and implements continuous improvements (A/B testing optimization of forms CTAs and landing pages).

Ensures compliance with legal and privacy requirements (cookies GDPR consent management).

Integrates analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics Meta Pixel tag managers).

Monitors technical website performance (speed security stability).

Supports the team with technical solutions for digital projects and specific needs.

Participates in the technical planning of new web projects.

Provides professional input on the selection of platforms technologies and technical tools.

Coordinates with third-party technical providers when necessary.

Stays up to date with new web technologies CMS developments and industry trends.

Requirements

University degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Information Technology Web Development or related fields.

Strong knowledge of HTML CSS and basic JavaScript.

Hands-on experience with WordPress (themes plugins customizations).

Good knowledge of on-page SEO and technical web structure.

Experience with Google Analytics Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.

Basic knowledge of hosting domains SSL and web performance.

Ability to conduct A/B testing and performance optimization.

Knowledge of security and privacy standards (GDPR cookies).

Strong analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset.

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Effective time and priority management skills.

High attention to detail and quality.

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
