This is a remote position.
We are a U.S.-based construction company specializing in kitchen remodeling projects. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator with direct experience using 2020 Design / Design Spaces to support kitchen remodeling operations.
This role focuses on project administration change order management and construction billing to ensure projects remain on scope properly documented approved invoiced and collected. The ideal candidate understands kitchen remodel workflows and can confidently enforce structured processes in a construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage administrative operations for kitchen remodeling and residential construction projects
Maintain organized project files drawings and digital records
Review and work with 2020 Design / Design Spaces layouts renderings and specifications
Prepare bids estimates and proposals from provided scopes of work
Assist with payroll coordination and employee time tracking
Create track and manage all project change orders
Ensure no work proceeds without written and approved change orders
Maintain detailed change order logs (pending approved invoiced collected)
Coordinate with internal teams to enforce scope control and process compliance
Create and send invoices using QuickBooks Online
Manage accounts receivable and payable
Track job costing and project-level financial data
Follow up weekly on outstanding invoices and client balances
Draft professional client emails and written follow-ups
Send invoices payment reminders and required documentation
Requirements
Philippines-based and able to work fully remote
Direct hands-on experience using 2020 Design / Design Spaces
Experience supporting kitchen remodeling or residential construction projects
Strong experience with QuickBooks Online
Experience with invoicing collections and payroll support
High level of organization and attention to detail
Strong written English and professional communication skills
Ability to enforce systems policies and approval processes
Ability to manage multiple projects accurately and independently
