You will be the air traffic controller for our practicemanaging inbound requests tracking every commitment and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

What Youll Be Owning (Value Bombs)
This is a core support role where your success is measured by the firms organization and client responsiveness. Youll take the lead on:
Workflow Command & Control: You will manage all inbound client requests and internal tasks. You arent just answering emails; you are triaging them assigning them and ensuring a response is sent within firm SLAs.
The Commitment Tracker: You will be responsible for follow-through. If a partner promises a client a document by Friday you are the one ensuring it happens. You own the Outstanding Requests list for both clients and internal staff.
Professional Client Interaction: You will communicate directly with Australian business owners via email and Webex. You must have the confidence and clarity to chase them for missing documents or explain next steps in the compliance process.
ATO & ASIC Stewardship: Managing the lifecycle of statutory documents. You will ensure every notice from the ATO is recorded in FYI drafted for partner review and sent to the client via FuseSign with 100% accuracy.
System Integrity: You own the Xero Practice Manager (XPM) database. You ensure client groups tax identities and contact details are always accurate and audit-ready across all firm systems.
How the Workflow Actually Works
Security: High-level protection via PracticeProtect (MFA and secure portal).
Document Management: Deep integration with FYI Docs for all filing and tasking.
Communication: Webex for calls and Microsoft Teams for internal coordination.
CRM: Xero Practice Manager (XPM) as the single source of truth.
AI-Enhanced: We expect you to use Microsoft Copilot to draft correspondence and summarize meeting notes to keep the workflow moving faster.
