Customer Service & Order Management Advanced Specialist (Czech or Slovak) will execute the complete order process of your own group of B2B Customers. That involves receiving the order from our Customer in different formats through multiple channels checking the order in SAP R/3 on product codes stock availability delivery lead times logistic appointments. You will be collaborating with your peers within other departments up to the delivery of the order at our Customer teams with an ultimate goal to ensure smooth flow of goods in & out and to optimise and coordinate the inbound flow for K-C products within the Central Europe your Customer Service & Order Management Advanced Specialist (Czech or Slovak) role you will play a key role in providing the best possible service to KC Customers ensuring business continuity and being the source of continuous improvement as you become an expert in the order management and logistics support domain.

Kay Responsibilities:
Execute the complete order processof your own group of Customers. This involvesreceiving the orders from ourcustomersin different formats through multiple channels checking the order in SAP R/3 on product codes stock availability delivery lead times logistic appointments collaborating with your peers within other departments up to the delivery of the order at ourcustomer. Liaise and provide solutions during thisend-to-endprocess to ourcustomersif any changes are required.
Taketheresponsibility of the Customers logistics claims from investigation till closure in cooperation with different supporting functions.
Have direct written and verbal contact withown customer portfolio and partners in both local and English languages. Maintain and develop relationshipswith own Customers. Provide great Customer Service Experience.
Manage proactively Customer portfolio update regularly internal documentation related to Customers data & internal processes.
Handle tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and prioritize daily tasks according to the current business needs.
Cooperate and communicate on a daily basis with the following cross functional teams; local Business Units Logistics & Distribution Accounts Receivable Planning Category Managers Marketing Managers EDI team and Master Data
Understand and fulfil all internal processes as per the internal control and audit compliance requirements.
Own your development by participating in trainings related to your operational duties and areas of interest/career aspirations and shadowing sessions with your colleagues to be able to cover your whole countrys portfolio and become an expert in your domain (BCP).
Active participation in process related trainings of new team members (Buddy program)
Participate in regular / occasional meetings with different stakeholders and Customer (whenever applicable)
Identify continuous improvement opportunitiesand cost savings addressgaps in current processes and suggest optimized ways of working to improve customer satisfactionandthe teams efficiency.

About You
You love what you do especially when the work you do makes a difference. You are fluent in English (CEF-C1) both spoken and written plus (Slovak or Czech) onCEF - B2/C1level and you are have a passion for customer service and customer-centric mindset.
You work independently use your own initiative take ownership of your customer portfolio stay calm under pressure and possess positive can-do attitude & teamoriented mindset where knowledge sharing mutual support and flexibility are essential to delivering consistent service levels and securing business are able to communicate in a professional manner with a variety of people internally and externally whilst having excellent attention to detail as data entry is a key skill for this position. Whilst a background in order management/logistics/customer service would be advantageous we are willing to train the right person if they show passion enthusiasm and have the willingness to learn. You will need to have the ability to build strong customer relationships skills and problems solving approach. Last but not least You are adaptable agile and you respond positively to changes.
You must be computer literate with MS Office (Word/Excel/Teams) with good time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload and issues. Knowledge of SAP & Salesforce would be an asset.
In addition to working independently you will actively contribute to a collaborative team environment. This includes supporting colleagues through backup coverage sharing workload during peak periods and maintaining open communication to ensure smooth operations across the entire team.
