As a Talent Consultant Supervising Associate you will be central to that missionpartnering closely with our professionals to provide impactful peoplefocused HR services. Your key responsibilities
In this role you will coordinate and facilitate HR activities for a defined population within the Financial Services Organizations (FSO) Consulting practice. Working in close partnership with other Talent team members you will execute innovative HR programs aligned to our Talent strategy. Responsibilities include implementing key processessuch as performance management compensation and career developmentwhile addressing a wide range of employee inquiries and advising business leaders on peoplerelated matters. You will also gather and analyze data related to staffing headcount budgets and compensation to identify trends and recommend actionable insights.
