Job Description:
In the assigned Job Role of Engineering Project Lead 2 your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
Build and maintain strong client relationships providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
Ensure all product deliverables meet design and technical specification to ensure that all engineering processes align with regulatory standards and quality benchmarks
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
Develop and run project estimates monitor budget performance and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals aligning them with 1 client needs and organizational capabilities
Engage in planning resource allocation conduct performance appraisals and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective
Run scope changes and manage client requirements ensuring proper estimation approval and contractual updates

Required Qualifications:Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh NC or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
Hands-on experience in Windchill PLM including solution design and customization.
Experience in Windchill PLM 12 PDMLink ProjectLink and related PTC modules.
Background in Java J2EE and web technologies as applied to PLM solutions.
Experience with workflows lifecycles access controls and system integrations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience architecting integrations between Windchill and ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
Familiarity with Thingworx IoT or advanced analytics in the PLM context.
Certifications in PTC Windchill architecture or administration.
Prior experience leading large-scale PLM transformation projects.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
