Job Summary

Description

We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Representative to help grow our commercial mechanical and building maintenance business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people building relationships and learning new products and services.

You do not need a technical backgroundwe will train the right person on our services (including HVAC electrical boilers and general building maintenance). What matters most is your drive communication skills and willingness to learn.

Location: Calgary or Edmonton

Key Responsibilities

  • Find and pursue new commercial customers such as property managers building owners and facility managers

  • Make cold calls door-knock and visit commercial and industrial sites

  • Introduce AFS services and identify customer needs

  • Generate and follow up on sales leads

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets

Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong long-term relationships with decision-makers

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable service solutions

  • Follow up on quotes negotiate pricing and close deals

Requirements

  • Strong interest in sales and relationship-building

  • Willingness to learn technical services (training provided)

  • High school diploma (Grade 12)

  • Comfortable using CRM or basic tracking tools

  • Familiarity with the Calgary and/or Edmonton market is an asset
