Overview and Key Functions
We are seeking a Senior Raw Materials Specialist Buyer based in Bogotá Colombia who will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of regional negotiations in the assigned Raw Materials category as well as the continuous supply of raw materials supplies and/or services in accordance with the companys needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in dispatch management costs and personnel management.
Key responsibilities
Achieve the best negotiations and purchasing efficiencies through market analysis and regional and global integration with other company units.
Ensure the timeliness of RFPs organised by the Procurement group.
Ensure continuous and strategic supply in accordance with internal customer needs and company policies.
Establish work plans to improve the management of product categories services and procurement.
Ensure the smooth running of the purchasing and supply process.
Submit local and regional reports and reports in a timely manner.
Who Were Looking For
Professional degree in Business Administration Economics Industrial Engineering International Business International Trade or related fields; specialisation in areas related to the position is desirable.
2 to 5 years of experience in related positions.
Advanced level of English knowledge of auditing purchasing digital tools Incoterms and advanced Excel.
