Clinical Nurse Consultant:
The Clinical Registered Nurse Consultant executes position responsibilities that demonstrate leadership skills and participate in leadership experiences with preferred experience in leadership roles. They demonstrate creative approaches to the management of aspects of complex patient care. Care will be provided in the least restrictive most cost-effective manner through use of outpatient utilization management criteria clinical practice guidelines and clinical pathways.
Major duties include but are not limited too:
Supervisory Controls: The Home Health Care Coordinator is responsible to the assigned rating and approving supervisors and is accountable to the Associate Director of Patient Care Services (ADPCS).
