Specifically we are looking for aTS/SCIclearedTraining Operations Lead - Seniorto support this missionat Pope Army Airfield North Carolina.
Responsibilities:
As aTraining Operations Lead - Senior you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include:
- Directs day-to-day C2ISR training operations for classroom virtual and hands-on lab events supporting hardware and software system upgrades and installations across mission-critical operational environments.
- Builds andmaintainsthe integrated training schedule; coordinates trainers facilities lab environments and training equipment to ensure eventsexecuteas planned.
- Ensures training events cover fundamental operational management network configuration equipment maintenance and support reporting procedures for operators and maintainers.
- Oversees use of the Government-furnished LCMS/LMS for course setup rosters enrollments training records and reporting.
- Consolidatesperformance-based assessment andproficiencyresults student feedback and after-action reviews to brief leadership on training throughput mission-readiness impacts andremediation or curriculum updates.
- Coordinateswith Government stakeholders ISDs Technical Trainers QA and operationsleadstoaligntraining operations with deployment timelines and mission needs.
- Utilize the followingTO Management & Financial Tracking Tools: Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power BI Power Automate); G Invoicing API; ASSIST portal integration; variance analysis dashboards; MS Project; Primavera; GFP management modules; WBS tracking systems; ServiceNow; Jira Service Desk;automated RIP/CTP/TAR workflows; SharePoint libraries; Confluence; Microsoft Search; lessons learned databases; video library repositories; Archer GRC; internal audit portals; Excel/SharePoint audit templates; CMDB with version control; Power BI with R/Python integration; Tableau; predictive analytics engines; Teams; Azure AD role based access; mobile access via Power Apps.
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- Previousexperience asaTraining Operations Leador similar rolesupporting a DoD customer at the CCMDlevel
- Minimum of8yearsexperiencewith BS/BA or6years experiencewith MS/MA or3years experiencewith PhD. or 12 years experience w/o a degree or 10 years experience with AS/ AA degree
- A current active DoD security clearanceat the TS/SCI level
- US citizenship is
- DoD 8140 role for WRC: 411; Element: IT; Work Role: Technical Support Specialist; Proficiency Level: Intermediate / Ability to obtain
DesiredQualifications:
- Must complete DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.
- Minimum of8yearsexperiencewith BS/BA or6years experiencewith MS/MA or3years experiencewith PhD.
Work Environment:
- Location:Pope Army Airfield NC
- On-site expectations: Full-time on-site presencefor equipment management and asset tracking
- Travel:May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites forlogisticscoordination and facility assessments

Target Salary Range
$66000 - $106000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
