About the Client Delivery Training Manager:
The Client Delivery Training Manager leads a team of product trainers to drive excellence in sales performance through strategic enablement initiatives. This role is responsible for operationalizing the enablement strategy set by the Director of Talent Development ensuring that training programs meet world-class standards and directly support business growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong stakeholder management project leadership and a deep understanding of the sales process to foster a high-performing development-focused training culture.
Location: Ogden UT - Hybrid
What will you do
Lead coach and develop a team of product trainers to deliver impactful training aligned with organizational goals.
Translate strategic directives from the Director into executable training plans and operational workflows.
Oversee the design delivery and continuous improvement of enablement programs tools and resources.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Marketing Product and HR to ensure training initiatives are aligned with business needs.
Manage stakeholder relationships to gather feedback align priorities and ensure program adoption.
Apply project management principles to plan execute and evaluate training initiatives on time and within scope.
Monitor and report on training effectiveness using data to drive decisions and optimize performance.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sales enablement and adult learning.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed based on business demands and program priorities.
What will you need to succeed
Proven experience in sales enablement sales training methodologies or a related role.
Strong background in facilitation content creation strategy development and sales processes.
Demonstrated expertise in project management and a track record of meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and clients.
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

Compensation: $85000.00
The salary for this position is $85000.00 annually. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to the roles responsibilities experience location education/training internal equity and key skills.
