Job Summary
When you accept a position with Volo youll be joining a passionate driven group of innovators within the youth sports industry. Coaches serve our kids and families by providing a safe and fun experience on the field. This is a part time position.

Site Lead responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Serve as direct contact with the kids and families to assure that they are having a safe and fun experience
- Leader of the whole program to make sure everything runs smoothly each week
- Able to pick up equipment from storage units to transport to site and return once the program is completed
- Leader of administrative responsibilities: checking kids in and out name tags shifts first aid water and snacks
- Make GroupMe RSVPs and send program communication to players prior to the start of each program
- Complete shift logs at the end of each program
- Jump in as coach to support if needed
