The role

Were looking to welcome an experienced Care Assistant to join our close-knit team at The Grove. We call our Care Assistants Care Companions because companionship connection and trust are at the heart of this role.

Youll work 36 hours per week on day shifts delivering outstanding residential care in a supportive family-focused environment.

Shifts & worklife balance

Day shifts available
Typical shifts: 8am2pm 2pm8pm or 8am8pm (long day)
Alternate weekends because worklife balance matters
Flexibility to work days or nights would be ideal but availability can be discussed at interview

About you

Youll:

Have experience in residential care
Be committed to delivering high-quality person-centred care
Be kind compassionate and respectful
Have excellent communication skills
Be comfortable using basic IT systems
Enjoy working as part of a supportive team
