What Youll Do
Provide front-line technical support for desktops laptops printers phones and peripheral devices
Respond to and resolve help desk tickets efficiently and professionally
Install configure maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software
Support user access password resets software installs and routine IT needs
Perform system updates patches and equipment upgrades
Maintain IT asset inventory and assist with lifecycle management
Collaborate with network and systems teams on escalated issues and IT projects
Ensure compliance with HIPAA data security standards and IT policies
What Were Looking For
Associate degree in IT Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
13 years of desktop or technical support experience
Proficiency with Windows OS Microsoft 365 and common software platforms
Strong troubleshooting customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a hospital or clinical setting
Familiarity with Epic EHR and HIPAA requirements
IT certifications (CompTIA A Network or similar)
