Salesforce Lead Developer
Systems Integration Inc. (SII) is a leading provider of customer experience cloud-based services and managed IT solutions. We are seeking a Salesforce Lead Developer to support a governmentcontracted contact center by leading the design development and maintenance of Salesforce solutions. This role ensures the platform is stable secure and optimized for daily operations including case management reporting workflow automation and integrations. The Lead Developer provides technical leadership oversees development standards and collaborates with program and operations teams to support missioncritical customer service functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions that support contact center operations.
- Build and maintain Apex code Lightning Web Components (LWC) integrations and automated workflows.
- Ensure data integrity security and compliance with government and organizational standards.
- Troubleshoot system issues and support enhancements upgrades and new feature deployments.
- Collaborate with business analysts program managers and operational leaders to refine requirements.
- Oversee code reviews documentation and adherence to development best practices.
- Support release management testing cycles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate new Salesforce features and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and service delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (or equivalent advanced certification).
- 5 years of Salesforce development experience including Apex LWC SOQL/SOSL and API integrations.
- Experience supporting complex Salesforce environments or multicloud implementations.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git Copado Gearset or Azure DevOps.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Software Engineering or a related field.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to nontechnical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Additional Salesforce certifications (Application Architect System Architect Integration Architect).
- Experience supporting government programs or regulated environments.
- Background in enterprisescale integrations or eventdriven architectures.
- Knowledge of Agile development practices and crossfunctional collaboration.
