Job Summary
Are you collaborative and processdriven professional looking to grow within the sporting goods industry
Join our Performance Footwear Merchandising team and step into a strategic role that blends operations crossfunctional engagement and junior merchandising responsibilities across the EMEA region.
As our Merchandising Coordinator Emea Performance W/M you will own three key focus areas:
- Manage operational tasks
- Be the direct contact for Sales Operations and manage readiness of seasonal sell in toolbox
- Manage the pricing setup in the system for all currencies in EMEA
- Act as support function for the performance Footwear team
- Support in preparing milestones and meetings part of seasonal drumbea
- Consolidate feedback from Business Merchandising team
- Organize Sample orders for local teams
- Take responsibility of defined scope as Junior Merchandiser for performance Footwear.
- Be Merchandising contact for defined scope
- Share strategy and align with local sales on seasonal merchandising and business plans
- Manage forecasts
Qualifications :
- Education : Masters degree in buying & merchandising preferred
- Experiences :
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in Market and consumer experience in the assigned category preferred
- An experience in the sporting goods industry is a real plus
- Sales or merchandising background is a plus
- Industry knowledge: Understand the assigned market and able to articulate what drives the performance. Proven experience in the assigned categories markets is a plus.
- IT tools :Good Command of Office Pack (advanced Excel)
- Languages : English fluent
- Competencies :
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential
- Must act as a key engagement point for multiple stakeholders internally and externally
- Processoriented mindset
