Working closely with theVP GDIT Operations and otherOperationsleadersthis is ahighimpactleadership roleat the heart of our Global Digital & IT Operations combiningservice excellence financial governanceITLTprocess maturity and stakeholder trustacross multiple domains including infrastructure end-user services enterpriseBusinessesapplicationsSecurityand SAP Dataplatform.
Overseethe performance managementof Digital & ITOperations representing over half of the organizations total IT spending.
SupportOperationsleadership inbudget management financial planning and performance trackingacross IT operations.
Develop andmaintaindashboards and reporting tools to provideclear visibility on IT service performance and financial outcomes.
Drivecross-domain performance analysis ensuring consistency and alignment across infrastructure end-user services and business applications.
Own and evolve theglobal IT service and product catalogue ensuring clarity transparency and alignment with business needs.
Analyze service consumption costs and value delivered to business units to supportdata-driven decision-making and ROI measurement.
Collaborate with IT leaders and business stakeholders toidentifyoptimization opportunities and operational improvements.
Contribute to the development of a strongFinOps&GreenOpscultureacross Digital & IT operations.
Manage and develop a team member responsible for the operational platform supporting service management activities.
Solid experience inIT operations service management or IT performance managementwithin complex organizations.
Strong understanding ofITfinancial management budgeting and cost optimization.
Good knowledge ofIT service management frameworks (ITIL)and service performance measurement.
Experience managing oroptimizingIT service catalogues and service lifecycle processes.
Ability to analyze service performance across multiple IT domains.
Business-oriented mindset with a strong focus onend-user experience and service value.
Fluent inEnglish.
A strategic leadership role withinIpsens Global Digital & IT Operations transformation.
