TALENT BUSINESS PARTNER PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Act as the central point of contact for the Distribution organization in Canada for employee-related initiatives and processes and questions related to HR.
Oversee and manage workplace injury cases (across Distribution in Canada) ensuring timely reporting effective communication coordinating safe return to work programs and ensuring compliance with relevant local laws.
Collaborate with Talent Operations to support employee benefits compliance trainings and other talent-related matters.
Partner with the Talent Business Partner Specialist on Talent processes including communication cyclical talent initiatives and implementation plans.
Support the Distribution team with Employee Relations matters.
Provide Distribution leadership with up-to-date information on local labour laws.
Coordinate Joint Health and Safety Committees trainings
TALENT PARTNERSHIP
Partner with Talent Business Partner on managing the employee lifecycle including but not limited to organizational management onboarding development performance management compensation benefits and offboarding.
Manage intake of Employee Relations matters and conduct low risk investigations as assigned by the Director Talent.
Partner with Director Talent on project development and execution.
Conduct exit interviews identify trends and recommend action plans.
As necessary provide feedback & coach managers and employees on Red Bull philosophies and utilizing internal Talent tools (onboarding development compensation succession performance management etc).
Support the Talent Business Partner/Director Talent with training facilitation and preparation of materials.
Ensure and enforce compliance with local and provincial labour laws and safety regulations.
Qualifications :
Two (2) years of experience in Human Resources Talent Management or related field(s)..
Two (2) years experience in workplace safety (WSIB/WCB)/Joint Health and Safety including Safe Return to Work (SRTW) Programs
Experience supporting Distribution/Sales Functions - preferred
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle highly sensitive situations in the workplace.
Critical thinker with ability to identify Human Resource trends and recommend solutions grounded in data and insights.
Experience and passion for coordinating and facilitating client-facing Human Resource training programs.
Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to develop and drive innovative programs initiatives and solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of Human Resource reporting systems preferred. SAP experience is a plus.
Must be flexible and able to deal with change and ambiguity.
Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).
Bachelors degree from an accredited university or relevant experience.
Additional Information :
The expected annual base salary range for this position is $80750 to $89250. The actual base salary for this position will depend on various factors including but not limited to the candidates qualifications skills experience and work location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of Red Bulls bonus plan.
