Responsibilities:

• Enteringaccountingdocumentsintothe DMS system (Comarch)
• Downloadingrecurringinvoicesfrom serviceproviderswebsitesand in thefuture from theKSeFsystem
• Cooperationwith the AccountingDepartmentandcontrolofdocumentworkflow
• Ensuringtheaccuracycompleteness andqualityof data
• Responsibilityfor thetimelyandcorrectallocationofcostdocuments aswellas monitoringtheirdescriptionandapprovalprocess
• Handling the mailbox (e-invoices) and in the futureoperatingtheKSeFsystem
• Supportingthedebtcollectionprocess

Requirements:

• Englishproficiencyata minimum B2 level
• Experiencein asimilarposition
• Willingnesstoworkfrom theofficeatleast3daysperweek
• Strongcommunicationskills
• Disciplinesystematicapproach andgoodworkorganization
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Experiencewith a DMS systemwillbeanadditionalasset
