A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Analyze sales market and contract data to support growth strategies and tender forecasting
• Lead and-to-end strategic Sales Operations projects from design to full implementation.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations using SAP (Systems Applications and Products) Power BI and other tools to guide commercial decisions
• Provide operational insights and recommendations to business leaders to align on strategic priorities and execution plans
• Support pricing territory planning and sales performance tracking
• Support business development and expansion initiatives across Poland
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and operational efficiency

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Operations or Project Management ideally in the MedTech industry
• Fluency in Polish and English
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in BI tools CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Excel
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects
• Strategic and operational mindset with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills both internal and external

Experience in sales marketing tender management commercial forecasting and knowledge of Agile project management methodologies will be considered an advantage.
