Job Summary
The Corporate Funds team in Sydney is seeking a talented Senior Associatelevel funds lawyer to join us on a 12month fixed term contract providing key coverage during a parental leave period.
Qualifications :
- UK notional 3 PQE in investment funds private equity corporate
- Strong experience in fund formation structuring and fund documentation including private fund offerings.
- Experience advising on investor negotiations transfers and secondaries.
- Exposure to fundrelated M&A coinvestments joint ventures or broader corporate transactional work advantageous.
- Strong technical skills attention to detail and ability to run workstreams with appropriate supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capability.
- Australian qualification preferred; other commonlaw qualified candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
