Job Summary
Deep expertise in Kotlin and modern Android development delivering scalable production-grade mobile platforms
Proven ownership of Android architecture (MVVM/MVI/Clean) driving modularisation and long-term maintainability Demonstrated impact leading technical direction across teams or domains beyond a single squad
Strong system design expertise across mobile and backend systems making sound trade-offs for scale performance and security
Experience owning end-to-end delivery (design build release operate) including CI/CD and Play Store
Strong focus on performance reliability and observability in production environments
Security-first mindset especially in regulated or high-risk domains
Track record of mentoring engineers and uplifting engineering standards across the organisation
Interest in backend systems and distributed architectures with ability to collaborate effectively across the stack Hands-on backend experience (.NET or similar) contributing to APIs and microservices
Experience with cloud-native systems (AWS) Docker and
Familiarity with GraphQL WebSockets and modern API patterns
Experience with observability tooling (e.g. Splunk AppDynamics) and incident-driven improvements
