Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet visitors creating a friendly and professional atmosphere
- Manage multi-line phone system directing calls efficiently and taking messages
- Assist sales department with stocking in new vehicle arrivals
- Assist accounting as needed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Organized and eager to succeed
- Willingness to take initiative
- Computer literacy quality writing and grammar skills
- Ability to provide quality and friendly customer service
- Work well with others
- Honesty and integrity to safeguard confidential information
