Job Summary
Certified Benz & Beemer (CBB) is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic person to serve be a receptionist at its growing dealership. CBB is a family-owned auto dealership celebrating its 20th year as Arizonas premier luxury pre-owned automobile dealer. CBB is highly-regarded within the automotive industry for providing outstanding customer service and trying to deliver the best car buying experience for its this position you will play a vital role in delivering the same high level of customer service because you will often be the first person that our customers encounter whether in person or over the telephone.
You will be an important link between our customers and the vehicles that they are interested in. You will assist CBBs customers with questions regarding our company and connecting them with other representatives who can assist them. You will learn about a wide variety of vehicles and some software technologies for the automotive industry. Your ability to take on other projects will help you to rise within our organization.
This is a part-time position with hours that are flexible however you will be required to workfrom 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on MONDAYS at our beautiful state-of-the-art facility in Scottsdale. This may also develop into a full-time position.

Job Description:
- Wear business appropriate attire.
- Have clear and neat handwriting
- Answer calls with enthusiasm
- Transfer incoming calls to their correct destination.
- Greet customers with a friendly smile
- Take messages and deliver them to their recipient in a timely manner.
- Direct guests to their desired location
- Handle various projects as assigned
- Be familiar and able to work with Microsoft Word as well as Excel.
- Prior telephone answering and/or customer service experience is a definite Plus!
- Bilingual an extraPlus!
