The GLP-1 Team will contribute to Sandoz purpose to broaden access to affordable biologics for patients and as Assistant to the GLP-1 Platform you will manage key meetings and support their outcome oversee team budgets and ensure compliance with corporate governance standardsplaying a key role in keeping the platform running smoothly.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Build and ensure alignment of the Team calendar across the platform.

• Oversee monitoring of Platform goals and priorities.

• Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel.

• Support corporate governance and compliance processes; prepare reports agendas minutes and documentation for Platform meetings.

• Oversee team budgets purchase orders invoices and financial reporting.

• Serve as a primary liaison between the platform and internal/external stakeholders.

• Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive information with discretion.

What youll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

• 5 years supporting senior leaders preferably in a corporate or regulated environment.

• Experience with budget management POs and invoices.

• Strong organizational communication and multitasking skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite calendar tools and financial tracking systems.

• High level of discretion professionalism and judgment.

• Fluent English language (written and spoken)
