The Avaloq Platform & Security team in the Application Management Services is responsible to provide application maintenance and small enhancements services for the functional area and all related topics for our CH/FL SaaS clients with particular focus on managing security and visibility settings on ACP.
Working location in Swiss its mandatory; availability to work from the Bioggio (TI) office will be preferred.
Your key tasks
- Provide application management and support for the Avaloq Platform & Security topics
- Categorize analyze and reproduce client issues
- Provide workaround for incidents
- Manage request of information and service requests
- Requirement and solution analysis of small enhancements
- Implementation of bug fixes and estimation and implementation of small enhancements
- Ensure high quality service to the customers in terms of reliable delivery and efficient communication
Qualifications :
- University degree in Computer Science/Physics/Engineering/Mathematics or comparable education
- At least 5 years of work experience in the fintech sector
- Programming skills (any programming language XML shell scripting etc.)
- Avaloq certification mainly to cover Platform issues
- Secureasy tool knowledge its an added value
- Strong analytical problem solving and conceptual skills
- Excellent client-orientation and communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
