We are currently seeking a full- time HRISAnalystto join our Corporate IT team.
TheHRIS Analyst isresponsible for supporting and leading HRIS projects/initiatives system upgrades and new system or business implementations. Liaisons with HRIS vendor and other internal departments to configure test and implement system functionality and upgrades. Works with field-based contract management to provide workforce analysis.
- Work with and recommend reporting options based on analysis needs requested by Corporate departments as well as field operations
- Recommend create and analyze trend reports and other analytics outcomes for various HR areas
- Create maintain and update reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools i.e. Cognos BI
- Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs
- Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data
- Apply understanding and use qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles
- Advance the end user experience by providing reporting that includes high-quality visual resources easily interpreted data and accurate results
- Support the expansion of dashboard development i.e. turnover dashboards
- Serve as liaison between vendor and requesting department to set-up and manage external file feeds/transfers
- Participate in yearly compliance reporting requirements i.e. ACA EEO
- Works closely with other HR functions such as Benefits to support their use of the HRIS to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Update internal HR processes
- Other duties as assigned
