Centurion is proud to be a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services to correctional facilities state hospitals and community mental health centers nationwide.

We are currently seeking a full- time HRISAnalystto join our Corporate IT team.

TheHRIS Analyst isresponsible for supporting and leading HRIS projects/initiatives system upgrades and new system or business implementations. Liaisons with HRIS vendor and other internal departments to configure test and implement system functionality and upgrades. Works with field-based contract management to provide workforce analysis.

  • Work with and recommend reporting options based on analysis needs requested by Corporate departments as well as field operations
  • Recommend create and analyze trend reports and other analytics outcomes for various HR areas
  • Create maintain and update reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools i.e. Cognos BI
  • Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs
  • Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data
  • Apply understanding and use qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles
  • Advance the end user experience by providing reporting that includes high-quality visual resources easily interpreted data and accurate results
  • Support the expansion of dashboard development i.e. turnover dashboards
  • Serve as liaison between vendor and requesting department to set-up and manage external file feeds/transfers
  • Participate in yearly compliance reporting requirements i.e. ACA EEO
  • Works closely with other HR functions such as Benefits to support their use of the HRIS to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Update internal HR processes
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in computer science or related field OR equivalent work experience
  • Significant experience with Human Resource Information Systems ( Paycom)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office; advanced excel proficiency
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and other report writing tools
  • Strong understanding of HRIS database design structure functions and processes and experience with databases tools
  • 5 years HRIS Analyst experience
  • Systems implementation experience preferred
