Program Duration
Our internship program runs approximately 30-40 hours per week from June 1st through mid-August.
The Impact You Will Have
The role encompasses comprehensive support for event planning logistics marketing on-site operations documentation communication budget management and creative input. Responsibilities include assisting with the coordination of various events developing timelines supporting logistics such as venue bookings and catering and ensuring necessary materials are prepared. Marketing efforts involve creating promotional content and managing registration processes. During events on-site support is provided for setup and attendee management while maintaining operational flow. Additionally documentation of planning meetings and post-event feedback collection is conducted for reporting purposes. Communication with vendors and sponsors is essential for alignment while budget tracking ensures financial constraints are met. Finally creative contributions are encouraged to enhance overall attendee experiences.

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position including skills ability and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
