Responsibilities- Tell the Story Behind the Numbers: Use your creativity to transform datasets into clear compelling stories that help our leadership team to develop Ford of Europe part sales strategy
- Be the Bridge Between Data and People: lead discussions with partners in Operations and Business Units (Accessory Collision Wholesale etc.) to understand their challenges and co-create solutions that make their lives easier.
- Smart Solutions: Youll have the freedom to experiment with new ways of database building to ensure our it is reliable accessible and high-quality
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work within a supportive agile team where brainstorming and diverse perspectives are encouraged.
- Learn and Grow: Develop your personal and technical skills by being open to new technologies (AI programming Cloud services) learning and applying them in your daily work.

QualificationsExperience:Experience in a data-focused role such as a Data Analyst Reporting Specialist or any related field.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:Strong ability to analyze complex data identify root causes and translate business challenges into effective technical solutions with keen attention to detail.
Communication and Collaboration:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
Technical Proficiency:
Work Ethic:Self-motivated proactive capable of working independently with minimal supervision as well as effectively within a team in an agile environment.
Growth Mindset: willing to improve his/her skills both soft and technical
