Job Description: We are currently seeking freshers and 12th pass candidates for the position of Airport Customer Service this role you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our passengers at the airport. You will be the face of our company and will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and pleasant travel experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome passengers at the airport - Assist passengers with check-in baggage drop and boarding process - Handle inquiries and provide information about flight schedules delays and other travel-related information - Assist passengers with special needs or requests - Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure efficient operations - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to all safety and security procedures - Follow company policies and procedures at all times Requirements: - Minimum 12th pass or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Customer service experience is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays - Basic computer skills - Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory - Knowledge of any other regional language is an advantage Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package. We also offer additional benefits such as medical insurance travel benefits and career growth opportunities. The selected candidate will be required to work 6 days a week with one day off on a rotational basis.
