Role: Growth & Sales Principal Lead Education Remote
Experience: 8 Years
Salary: Up to 12-20 LPA
Location: The candidates base location must be Hyderabad Bengaluru Pune or Mumbai.

About the role:

We are looking for a deeply ambitious highly connected and bold leader to join our team as a Growth & Sales Principal Lead. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone committed to playing the long-term game and growing our reach exponentially through strategic institutional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Execution: Create and execute the entire partner acquisition strategy identifying and onboarding strategic partnerships with foundations CSR trusts and school chains.

  • Independent Leadership: Act as a one-person army for growth and sales serving as a key decision-maker on partnership terms and durations.

  • Financial Accountability: Manage and be accountable for pricing decisions and revenue collection.

  • Relationship Management: Proactively build long-term relationships spending time on the ground to understand the needs and problems of our partners.

  • Performance: Meet ambitious growth targets as agreed upon with the CEO.

Required Skills:
  • Experience: * Principal Lead: 812 years of proven results in sales and partnerships.

    • Preference is given to experience within the education or development sector.

  • Ecosystem Knowledge: A deep understanding of the education ecosystem and the challenges faced by teachers students and school leaders.

  • Sales Approach: Strong sales orientation without a hard-sell approach; focus on building win-win partnerships.

  • Language & Communication: Fluency in English and Hindi is essential. You must have excellent presentation skills and be comfortable engaging with senior leadership.

  • Travel: Comfort with traveling across the country for meetings.

  • Attributes: Goal-driven growth-focused and capable of making data-informed decisions in an evolving environment.
