Talent Acquisition Partner
Job Summary
What Youll Do:
- Own and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for open positions from intake meetings sourcing and screenings to offer negotiation.
- Build and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to proactively build robust talent pipelines for talent pooling competitor analysis and market mapping.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience providing transparent communication personalised interaction and timely feedback.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders including hiring managers management and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a collaborative recruitment process.
- Continue to evaluate and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition.
- Stay on top of key performance metrics and use this data to evaluate and refine recruitment processes.
- Act as an ambassador for diversity equity and inclusion in all recruitment and talent initiatives.
- Utilise social media to enhance brand visibility and attract high-calibre talent.
Qualifications :
- Who You Are:
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within the software industry.
- Demonstrated success in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle identifying attracting and hiring high-performing talent.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills: ability to build trust and credibility internally and externally.
- Excellent communicator both written and verbally.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- Committed to fostering and encouraging diversity equity and inclusion in recruitment processes.
- Agile and adaptable; comfortable working in a fast-paced high-growth and global environment.
