About the Role

Were hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across the European market for our client an AI-powered platform transforming customer experience at scale. This role is ideal for a high-performing consultative seller who thrives in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales understands enterprise buying dynamics and can clearly articulate ROI through value-based selling.

Youll own an enterprise territory manage a robust pipeline and work closely with prospects to understand their challenges demonstrate impact and close complex deals. This is a strategic role combining outbound execution discovery-led conversations and strong product storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop an enterprise territory in Europe with a focus on Central Europe
  • Build manage and close a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities
  • Lead in-depth discovery calls presentations and product demonstrations
  • Educate prospects on how our clients AI platform improves efficiency and revenue growth
  • Demonstrate measurable ROI through consultative and value-based selling
  • Drive pipeline creation through strategic outbound programs
  • Become a trusted expert on the product customer experience practices and the AI landscape

What Were Looking For

  • 7 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS including large enterprise deals
  • Proven success owning full sales cycles from prospecting to close
  • Strong track record of building pipeline and meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English
  • Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and navigating complex buying groups
  • Strong understanding of customer experience and AI-driven solutions

Working Model

  • Hybrid (Warsaw or Kraków)
  • Remote work within Poland is acceptable
