Office Manager Manufacturing Facility

Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Office Manager to support daily operations at our manufacturing facility in Springfield MA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys wearing multiple hats and takes ownership of keeping the office people and processes running smoothly.
Youll be the central point of coordination between leadership production vendors and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations to support manufacturing and leadership teams

Handle administrative tasks including scheduling correspondence filing and document control

Support HR-related functions: onboarding timekeeping payroll coordination and employee records
-
Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing purchase orders expense tracking and vendor coordination
-
Serve as the main point of contact for vendors service providers and office supplies
-
Coordinate internal communication between office staff production teams and management
-
Help implement and maintain office procedures policies and compliance documentation
-
Provide general support to leadership problem-solving follow-ups and special projects as needed
What Were Looking For

Proven experience as an Office Manager Administrative Manager or similar role

Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small-to-mid-size manufacturing environment

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask

Excellent communication skills professional clear and proactive

Working knowledge of payroll finance HR admin and basic accounting processes

Proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (experience with ERP systems a plus)

Self-starter mindset with attention to detail and accountability

Manufacturing or industrial environment experience

Familiarity with timekeeping systems invoicing and vendor management

Experience supporting operations HR and finance simultaneously
