Rate of Pay: 15.17 - 19.83 per hour
Summary:
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior RPA Business Analyst to develop skills and experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The post holder will receive comprehensive training and support to build technical knowledge contribute to automation initiatives and grow within the RPA field.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the analysis and documentation of business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
- Support the development and implementation of RPA solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that RPA solutions meet business needs.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop a deep understanding of RPA tools and techniques.
- Provide support to the RPA development team in the design testing and deployment of automation solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of RPA processes and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Information Technology or a related field desirable but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python or JavaScript desirable but not mandatory.
Essential Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of business processes and workflows.
- Keen interest in technology and automation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
