The team is small agile and collaborativecommitted to helping startups scale through elite sales marketing and customer success hires.
The Role: 360-Degree Recruiter GTM Talent Acquisition
As a 360-Degree Recruiter you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while also playing a key role in the businesss broader growth and strategic direction. Working closely with the founder youll lead sourcing relationship building and closing of top GTM talent for some of the most exciting names in SaaS. This role combines deep candidate engagement with client advisory offering autonomy impact and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 2 years experience in full-cycle recruitment ideally in SaaS or executive search
- Build and manage client relationships with high-growth venture-backed software companies
- Source top GTM talent using outbound methods LinkedIn referrals and your own network
- Conduct interviews assess candidate fit and manage the hiring process end-to-end
- Deliver high-touch candidate experiences and consultative client support
- Manage negotiations offers and close placements efficiently
- Stay on top of market trends GTM structures and compensation data in the SaaS space
About You
- 2 years of 360 recruitment experience ideally within SaaS tech or executive search
- Proven success in business development and client relationship management
- Comfortable using ATS systems LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tech
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated results-oriented and thrives in a remote fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of SaaS GTM roles (sales marketing CS) is highly advantageous
- Background in competitive sports is a plus
- Degree from UCT or Stellenbosch University preferred
