The team helps clients design and implement peoplecentric strategies that enhance organisational effectiveness employee experience and longterm value.
As a Manager you will lead project workstreams guide highperforming teams and partner closely with clients to shape and deliver peoplecentric transformation solutions.
Role Description
The Manager: People Consulting plays a critical role in designing and delivering complex peoplerelated solutions that support client transformation agendas. Drawing on EYs global methodologies and People Consulting capabilities the role involves leading engagements across capabilities such as Workforce Strategy Organisation Design Cultural Transformation Change Management Learning HR Transformation Talent Management Reward and People Analytics..
You will act as a trusted advisor to client leadership teams leveraging EYs deep workforce transformation expertise to identify opportunities cocreate solutions manage delivery excellence and ensure successful adoption of peoplerelated initiatives. Managers also play a pivotal role in developing junior team members driving thought leadership and contributing to business development.
