Job Summary

Quantum Insights is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Intern to join our team on a full-time basis. As a leading data analytics and consulting firm we work with clients across various industries to help them make data-driven decisions and improve their business operations.

As a Logistics Intern you will be responsible for assisting our logistics team in managing the flow of goods and materials from suppliers to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain hands-on experience in the logistics field and develop their skills in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in coordinating the shipment and delivery of goods from suppliers to clients

- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery

- Communicate with suppliers and clients to resolve any issues or delays in delivery

- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and assist in inventory management

- Help optimize supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth logistics operations

- Assist in the preparation of logistics reports and data analysis

- Conduct research on industry best practices and market trends to support logistics strategies

- Support the logistics team with any other ad-hoc tasks or projects as needed

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management or a related field

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality

- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

- Previous experience in logistics or supply chain is a plus but not required
