Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
- Multichannel Support: Deliver professional and empathetic assistance to users via phone chat email and social media.
- Account Management: Assist customers with account setup login troubleshooting and subscription management (including renewals pauses or cancellations).
- Technical Assistance: Troubleshoot issues related to streaming quality application errors and general technical problems.
- Payment Support: Provide guidance on payment-related queries and billing statements.
- Service Enhancement: Maintain accurate customer records and report trends or recurring issues to management to help improve the platforms user experience.
Requirements
- Languages: Native or fluent proficiency in Danish (C2 level) and a good command of English (minimum B2 level).
- Skills: Strong active listening and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Aptitude: Adaptable empathetic and able to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work on a rotating shift pattern including weekends.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
