We are hiring Danish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support a leading European automotive group working across premium and mass-market automotive brands.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy customer interaction problem-solving and delivering a high-quality service experience in a structured remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone chat and email
- Provide accurate information related to vehicles services warranties and digital solutions
- Maintain clear and detailed documentation in CRM systems
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism empathy and efficiency
- Stay updated on brand policies services and processes
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the customer journey
Requirements
- Danish C1/C2 or native
- English B2
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments
- Interest in automotive topics and digital tools
- Strong communication documentation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: 1500 gross 14 months
- Complexity bonus: 80 11 months
- Meal allowance: 7.63 per working day
