As a Customer Service Representative you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring quality efficiency and continuous improvement across all interactions.

What you will do

Respond to customer inquiries via phone chat and email with professionalism and enthusiasm
Accurately document interactions resolutions and follow-ups in CRM systems
Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the customer journey
Stay up to date with products services and policies to provide accurate information

What were looking for

Danish (C1) written and spoken
English (B2) level
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a call-center environment
Strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and customer-focused mindset

Compensation Details

Base Salary: 1500 14 months (gross)
Complexity Bonus: 80 11 months
Meal Allowance: 7.63 per working day
Position Bonus (Braga): 20 12 months

Welcome Bonus (Attendance-Based)

Paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year
Conditional on <6% unjustified absenteeism in the previous month
Not part of fixed salary
