Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Passenger Service Executive / Airport Ground this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers at the airport. You will also assist in various airport operations to ensure a smooth and efficient travel experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at the airport check-in counter boarding gate and arrival hall. - Check passengers tickets passports and other travel documents. - Handle and resolve any customer inquiries or issues in a professional and timely manner. - Assist passengers with baggage check-in and retrieval. - Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure timely and efficient boarding and departure of flights. - Monitor flight schedules and provide updates to passengers as needed. - Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations at the airport. - Handle any special requests or accommodations for passengers such as wheelchair assistance or special meals. - Assist in the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo onto aircraft. - Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. - Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage when necessary. - Knowledge of local languages and cultures is a plus.
